Refund policy

At Sreka, we value your trust and strive to deliver the finest quality sarees. Each product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item is received with tampered package,

  • The issue is reported within 48 Hours of delivery

  • The saree is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original condition with tags intact

  • Original invoice/receipt is provided

  • We require a continuous video as an evidence of tampered packaging along with order details. Once verified we will process exchange or full refund as per the request. 
  • Return requests are only considered incase of product damage while received in tampered packaging on a case to case basis. 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sarees purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers

  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery

  • Since the products are handmade you might see slight variations in color also due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution. 

Return Process

  1. Email us at srekafashion@gmail.com within 48 Hours of receiving your order

  2. Share your order number, images & continuous unpacking videos of tampered packaging clearly showing the issue

  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 4 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted
